棉花体内若干生理物质代谢与花芽分化发育的关系

摘    要:对3种不同类型棉花品种生育期中核酸、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量变化测定结果表明:棉株现蕾前后,是开始旺盛生理代谢的起点核酸、蛋白质和可溶性糖含量在花芽分化发育过程中都起着重要的作用;花芽分化前后,单株核酸、蛋白质及可溶性糖含量都有较大幅度的变化;以核酸含量变化,尤其是 RNA 含量变化作为棉株花芽分化的生理指标,较用蛋白质含量等更为明确。

Abstract:Nuclei acid,protein and soluble sugar played an importent role in floral bud differentiation and development.Their total amounts per plant increased since germination,especially around cotton bud appearence.Their content was greatly varied around the floral primordia differentiation.Before the differentiation,the content of soluble sugar was increased.The nuclei acid content,especially RNA, was much increase at the differentiation.But the protein content changed in un- clear regularity Jt follows that nuclei acid,especially RNA,was much more closely correlated with floral bud differentiation than protein.So the author suggested that nuclei acid,especially RNA,is one of the most important macromolecule com- pounds in cotton plant and should be received much more attention in crop science than before.
