| Abstract: | Fracture/luxation of the vertebral column commonly results from automobile accidents. Various surgical techniques have been described to stabilise the traumatised vertebral column. This paper describes the use of pins and methyl-methacrylate to maintain fixation of vertebral fracture/luxation at different locations along the spine in four patients of differing bodyweights. |
