猪窝产仔数的表型和遗传参数估计

Estimation of Phenotypic and Genetic Parameters for Litter Size in Pigs

Statistical genetic analyses were conducted on the data of 4 populations with 2010 litters including Erhualian pig (P 1), Large White(P 2), first cross(F 1) and backcross(B 2). The results indicated that the means of the total number born and the number born alive decreased with the decreasing consanguinity of Erhualian pigs. The heritability estimates for the total number born and the number born alive were 0.081 and 0.116,respectively. Phenotypic, genetic and environmental correlations between the total number born and the number born alive were 0.895,0.793 and 0.907, respectively. The coheritability for the total number born and the number born alive was 0.077. These parameters showed that the total number born and the number born alive were two different traits, that it was reasonable and necessary to independently record them in the production practice.
