| 摘 要： | 为切实保障失地农民权益,政府出台了相应的征地经济补偿政策。文章从征地补偿费的发放角度出发,探讨补偿费在发放过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | To safe guard the rights and interests of land-lost farmers, the government published economic compensation of land expropriation policy accordingly. From the perspective of the issuance of land expropriation compensation, existing problems and corresponding countermeas- ures in the process of issuing were discussed and put forward. |
