摘    要:目的]准确测定烟草中的重金属元素,对开发低毒安全烟具有重要意义。方法]研究采用微波密闭消解-电感耦合等离子体直角加速飞行时间质谱(ICP-oaTOF-MS)法分析了进出口卷烟中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Fe、Mn、Ni、Cr、As、B 10种元素,较详细地研究了影响其测量的主要因素,确定了最佳测定条件。结果]17种进出口卷烟中各金属元素的检出限分别为:Cu 0.090μg/L、Zn 0.130μg/L、Pb 0.083μg/L、Cd 0.090μg/L、Fe 0.093μg/L、Mn 0.116μg/L、Ni 0.097μg/L、Cr 0.090μg/L、As 0.144μg/L、B 0.182μg/L,回收率90.67%~108.52%,相对标准差(RSD)低于5%。结论]相比于其他方法,该研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高、检测限低等优点,特别是对一些浓度低达10-9g/L级的超痕量组分的检测,但高质量的丰度灵敏度要差一些,可用于烟叶重金属的检测及质量控制。

Microwave Digestion, ICP-oaTOF-MS Method for the Determination 10 Metals in 17 Kinds of Import and Export of Cigarettes

Abstract: Objective ] It is very important to analysis metal trace accurately for the development of safe cigarettes with minor metal toxicity. Method] The trace Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Fe, Mn, Ni, Cr, As and B in tobacco were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma-oa time of flight- Mass Spectrometry (ICP-oaTOF-MS). Factors affecting the determination were analyzed in detail. The optimum condition for the determination was obtained. Result] The limits of determination were Cu 0. 090 μg/L, Zn 0. 130 μg/L, Pb 0. 083 μg/L, Cd 0. 090 μg/L, Fe 0. 093 μg/L, Mn 0. 116 μg/L, Ni 0. 097 μg/L, Cr 0. 090 μg/L, As 0. 144 μg/L, B 0. 182 μg/L, respectively. The recycling rates ranged from 90.67% to 108.52%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5%. Conclusion] Compared with other methods, this method is a simple fast and accurate high sensitivity. Especially for some low concentration of 10 -9 g/L of the components of the level of trace detection, however, the abundance sensitivity, high-quality end of the worse. So that it can be used in the heavy metal detection and quality control for tobacco.
