抗菌肽来源及其应用进展

摘    要:抗菌肽是一种从生物体内分离的小分子多肽。它具有抗细菌、抗真菌、抗病毒和抗肿瘤细胞等活性,在人类生产生活的各方面具有良好的应用前景。就目前分离出抗菌肽的各种生物来源及其作用、动物来源抗菌肽在畜牧中的应用、水生动物来源在水产养殖中的应用以及多种来源抗菌肽在人类其他生产生活中的应用进行了概述,以期拓宽对抗菌肽研究的思维,更好地开展抗菌肽应用工作。

Abstract:Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) are a group of small peptides amplified from organisms which have anti-bacterial activity, anti-fun- gi activity, anti-virus activity, anti-tumors activity, etc. AMPs application has a very good prospect in human future life. This paper gives an overview on the sources and applications of AMPs. The applications constitute the AMPs using in livestock, aquaculture and human life respec- tively amplified from animals, aquatic animals and various organisms. In order to broaden the thinking of antimicrobial peptide research and make a better development of the antimicrobial peptides applications, advances in the current applications of AMPs were discussed.
