农户用药行为影响因素研究——以海南省为例

基于计划行为理论（TPB）的分析框架,构建结构方程模型（SEM）,并使用海南省7个市县冬季瓜菜种植农户的一手调研数据,对农户的用药行为影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明,行为规范（包括农产品检测、质量安全监管、农技指导等）是影响农户用药行为的主要因素,高于农户行为认知对用药行为的影响;而行为认知作为影响农户用药行为的第二大因素,不仅受行为规范的影响,也受到农户行为能力的制约;着眼于提高农户用药行为安全性的政策,必须把农户特征考虑进来,针对特征不同的农户调整的政策重点。

Influencing Factors of Pesticide-use Behavior of Farmers with Hainan Province as Example

This article mainly discusses the factors that influence the pesticide-use behavior with SEM mode based on the TPB theory and the first-hand data about farmers who plant anti-season melons vegetables of seven cities and counties in Hainan Province. The survey demonstrates that code of conduct is the primary reason to which behavior recognition definitely is second. Moreover, as a consequence of consciousness, commitment, intention and so on, there is a distance from behavior recognition to pesticide-use behavior. The policies which intend to improve the pesticide-use behavior of farmers must take characteristic into account and refocusing according to different characteristics.
