气体渗碳淬火对齿轮精度的影响

摘    要:通过对齿轮采用不同的预备热处理、最终热处理、吹砂时不同的压力大小及齿轮在炉中不同的摆放位置对齿轮变形的影响,从而确定了采用等温正火作为预先热处理、软氮化作为最终热处理、轻吹及水平摆放有利于提高并保持齿轮精度。

Abstract:The distortion of gears is affected by several factors such as various conditioning treatments, different last treatments, and the different laying positions in stove. In order to maintain and improve the precision of gears, isothermal normalizing is chosen as conditioning treatment, tuffride as last treatment, and the method of gentle and level laying is also chosen.
