| 摘 要： | 对光皮木瓜营养成分分析表明,来源于不同地区的木瓜果实钙、铁、磷、vB2以及油酸含量差异很大, 粗纤维、灰分、棕榈油酸以及亚油酸含量差异较小。木瓜果实中的必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸种类齐全。木瓜 果实营养价值高,是一种急待开发利用的植物资源。

| Abstract: | The nutritional components of Chaenomeles Sinensis(Thpuin)Koehne were analyzed. The results showed, there were greater differences in Ca, Fe, P,vB2and Oleic acid among Chaenomeles Sinensis(Thouin)Koehne from the different regions of Baihe County , and a little differences in crude fiber, ash, Palmitic acid and Linoleic acid. Essential amino acid and non-essential amino acid in the fruits were complete. The plant resource is urgent exploited and utilized because its nutrition value is high. |
