| 摘 要： | 蛹虫草为珍稀中药材,基于为培养出含有类似天然冬虫夏草主要活性物质的蛹虫草提供基础依据的目的,对人工培养蛹虫草及菌丝体、子实体和冬虫夏草及菌丝体中的氨基酸、多糖、虫草素等活性物质含量与组成进行了测定,结果表明:人工培养蛹虫草与冬虫夏草在氨基酸种类上完全一致,但人工培养蛹虫草中赖氨酸、酪氨酸含量显著升高,组氨酸则显著降低;二者组成的多糖基本一致,但冬虫夏草特有一个分子质量约100 kD的组分,该组分占多糖总量的1.38%,人工培养的蛹虫草的虫草素含量显著高于冬虫夏草。以上成分的细微变化是否是造成二者药理活性差异的原因还有待研究。
