摘    要:变型拖拉机受生产使用条件及结构设计等因素的影响,载荷分配一般是前轴载荷偏大,同步附着系数小,在制动状态下易出现后轮先抱死而发生后轴侧滑,制动性能降低。为此,通过金牛-18Y变型拖拉机载荷分配及制动力分配分析,提出了改进制动状态和提高同步附着系数的方法,以改善制动性能。

Abstract:With the limit of the use condition and structure of derivate tractor, its front load distribution is more than that of the rear and synchronism adhesion coefficient is small. When braking, the rear wheels are liable to be locked first before the front wheels are locked, which caused side skidding of the rear wheels, and decreased braking performance. This paper analyzed the load distribution and braking distribution. The author put forward the ways of improving the braking performance to increase synchronism adhesion coefficient about JinNiu-18Y derivative tractor.
