福建山樱花组培快繁研究

摘    要:以福建山樱花(Prunus campanulata Maxim.)嫩枝作为外植体,接种到1 / 4MS+BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.01 mg/L,可诱导大量丛生芽。增殖阶段,培养基MS+BA1.0mg/L+GA0.3 mg/L有利于苗的快速繁殖,提高繁殖系数。最佳生根培养基配方为:1/2MS+NAA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L。

Abstract:Selected as explants, the young branches of Prunus campanulata Maxim. were cultured in vitro. The result showed that the medium 1/4MS BA1.0mg/L IBA0.01 mg/L was best for shoots regeneration; the medium MS BA1.0mg/L GA0.3 mg/L was best for plantlet propagation; the medium 1/2MS NAA1.0 mg/L IBA0.2 mg/L was best for plantlet rooting.
