水泵站开敞进水池三维紊流数值模拟

摘    要:针对典型的水泵开敞式进水池,应用紊流模型对进水池及水泵吸水管内的流动进行三维数值计算,计算结果与实验流态、实测数据一致。水泵进口流速呈不对称分布,表面漩涡和水下漩涡均有可能存在,必须采取适当的消、防涡措施保证水泵正常运行。同时揭示了进水池内流动规律,提出进水池设计的控制尺寸。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of three dimensional turbulent flow is applied on the typical opening pump sump. The computation flow field of the sump was obtained. The results of simulation are in good agreement with the experimental data. It is envident that the velocity distribution at pump inlet is not symmetrical and the surface vortices and sub vortices exist at most operation conditions. It is necessary to add some fitting in the sump, on the surface or floor, for eliminating the votices. The recommended measurements of the pump sump are presented.
