基于信息熵的兰州市各县区建设用地变化及驱动力分析

摘    要:借助信息论的信息熵原理,并引进空间扩展强度,揭示了兰州市各县区建设用地结构的熵值特征和演化规律,并在此基础上分析兰州市建设用地变动的主要驱动因子.结果表明:兰州市建设用地信息熵持续上升,均衡度也呈上升趋势.2000~2008年,兰州市建设用地的内部职能类型较丰富,各职能类型土地面积相差不大,总体均衡度相对较高,但各县区建设用地信息熵差异较大.影响兰州市建设用地变动的主要因子有:人口、经济、固定资产投资,其中与固定资产投资的关系最为密切,其次为城镇人口和经济发展水平.

Abstract:This article aims at using information entropy principle and introducing spatial extension strength to disclose the entropy features and evolutional regulations of building land construction,figuring out the main driving factors of building land changes in Lanzhou.The study illustrated that the information entropy and equilibrium degrees were continuously rising.As a whole,from 2000 to 2008,the types of internal function in Lanzhou were various;the area of each function type had little difference;the equilibrium degree was relatively high.At the same time,the information entropies of countries’ building lands in Lanzhou had a large gap.The main factors which influence the change of building lands in Lanzhou were population,economy and fixed asset investment.Among these factors,the most important was fixed asset investment following by population and economic development level.
