摘    要:应用遗传距离分析10个新选育的恢复系分为4个类群:K3、K4、K5、K6、K8、K9、K10归为第Ⅰ类,K1归为第Ⅱ类,K2归为第Ⅲ类,K7归为第Ⅳ类,它们分别与不育系45A测交组合的方差分析结果表明:不同类群的恢复系与45A测交组合的产量差异显著,而同一类群的恢复系与45A测交组合的产量差异不显著,从而达到精简测交组合数量和避免种植的盲目性。

Abstract:Ten new restoring lines are divided into four groups by genetic distance analysis: the restoring lines K3,K4,K5,K6,K8,K9 and K10 are classified as group I,K1 as group II,K2 as group III and K7 as group IV.They testcrossed with sterile lines 45A respectively.Analysis of variance of new combinations showed that when using different groups of restorers testcross with the same sterile line,yields of combinations are significant difference.Within the same group of restorers testcross with the same sterile line,yield of combinations had no significant difference.It could reduce testcross combinations and avoide the blindness in breeding.
