摘    要:从土壤中分离得到21株能以硝酸盐为唯一氮源提供的细菌,其中,能进行反硝化生成亚硝酸盐氮的细菌共12株,从中选择效果较好的2株作为研究对象,分别标记为DM-8和DM-13。研究其生长曲线、最适生长pH值范围,得到DM-8最适生长的pH值范围是6.0~8.0,DM-13最适生长的pH值范围是6.0~7.5。测定反硝化过程中硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的浓度变化,DM-8和DM-13在培养48 h后,硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为33%和97%。

Abstract:21 stains that can consume nitrate as only source of nitrogen were isolated from the soil,among which 12 strains can convert nitrate into nitrite.The best two strains,which were marked as DM-8 and DM-13,were chosen for further study.The growth curve,the optimum pH value range and the concentrations of the nitrate and nitrite in the denitification process were obtained for both of the two stains.The optimum pH value range for DM-8 was 6-8 whereas 6.0~7.5 was the optimum pH range for DM-13.In case of denitrification process,after 48 h the nitrate elimination rate was found as 33% and 97% for DM-8 and DM-13 starins respectively.
