家兔13种球虫卵囊形态观察

经调查,在河南省家兔粪便中.共发现有13种艾美尔球虫.它们是:盲肠艾美尔球虫、小型艾美尔球虫、佛氏艾美尔球虫、肠艾美尔球虫、无残艾美尔球虫、大型艾美尔球虫、纳格浦尔艾美尔球虫、马氏艾美尔球虫、中型艾美尔球虫、新兔艾美尔球虫、穿孔艾美尔球虫、梨形艾美尔球虫和斯氏艾美尔球虫.对上述球虫孢子化后的卵囊进行了观察,并描述其形态、大小、颜色和内部构造特征,阐明它们之间的区别.依据显微照相绘图,列出包括国内稀见报道的佛氏艾美尔球虫在内的13种球虫已孢子化的卵囊的检索表.

An Observation on and the Key to Thirteen Species of Oocysts of Coccidia in Rabbits

Thirteen species of sporulated oocysts of coccidia in the feces of rabbits living in Henan province have been observed through investigation. They are: Eimeria coeci-cola Cheissin, 1947; E. exigua Yakimoff, 1934; E. flarvescens Marotel et Guilhon, 1941; E. imestinalis Cheissin, 1948; E. irresidua Kessel et Jankiewicz, 1931; E. magna Perard , 1925; E. matsubayashii Tsunoda, 1952; E. media Kessel, 1929; E-nagpurensis Gill et Ray, 1960; E. neoleporis Carvalho, 1942; E. perforans (leuckart, 1897) Sluiter et Swel-lengrebel, 1912; E. piriformis Kotlan et Pospesch, 1934; E. stiedai ( Lindemann, 1865) Kisskalr et Hartmann, 1907. Their characters including the size, shape, colour and internal structure have been described. The differences between them have been explained. The key to 13 species of coccidia have been given, of which the species of E. flarvescens, is rarely reported in China. The figures are drawn according to micrographs.
