| 摘 要： | 以超细型新吉细毛羊为研究对象，通过对AFLP技术体系的各项条件的优化，包括双酶切、连接、预扩增和选择性扩增，变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和银染，建立了适合于超细型细毛羊基因组多态性分析的AFLP技术体系。

| Abstract: | An AFLP(amplified fragment length polymorphism) analysis system was established with Xinji superfine Merino sheep by optimizing of AFLP technical system,including enzyme digestion,adapter ligation,preamplification,selective amplification,denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresisa and silver staining. |
