不同免疫方法制备IBD卵黄抗体的效果比较

用6种不同的免疫方法接种健康产蛋母鸡所制备的卵黄抗体，用琼扩法测定免疫后不同时期的卵黄抗体效价，并将其作1：4稀释后用于临床治疗试验。结果表明，以第5组(首免肌注自制油乳剂灭活苗2mL／只，一周后同上法二免)效价最高，总有效率达98％以上，12h后症状即见明显好转。

Comparing the Results of the Preparation of IBD Yolk Antibody With Different Immunity Methods

Yolk antibody is prepared by inoculating healthy egg-laying hens with six different immunity methods ,the effect and value of yolk antibody of different stages is determined with Qiong Kao Fa after immunity, and it is diluted by 1:4 to use for clinic treatment test , the results show the fifth group the first immunity muscle injection, self-made oil-milk rac- ( cine 2ml/tube, the second immunity as the aboveone week later)has the highest effect and value,thetotal efficient reaches more than 98%, the sympton obviously turns for better after 12 hours .
