摘    要:以水稻品种矮血糯为供体,圭辐3号为受体,设置4种外源DNA导人方法。结果表明,受体经外源DNA处理后,产生了对照所没有的多种变异体,包括抽穗期、株型、色型,粒型和芒变异等。变异体套袋自交或与受体杂交以后,产生了不同的遗传类型。本文还对引起这些变异的因素以及各处理方法的效果进行了探讨。

Abstract:In the experiment, the donor was a rice cultivar Aixienuo and the recipient Guifu No. 3. Four different methods were used in the experiment. As a result, the recipient, after treated by exogenous DNA, turned out to have many kinds of mutants, including variant in heading stages, morphological mutants, a puple mutant, slender-and small-grain mutants, and awned mutants. The mutants mentioned above were crossed with the recipient and self-crossed, which showed that there were many different genetic patterns. The causes resulted in the mutants and efficiency of different treatment methods are also discussed in the paper.
