不同授粉时间对西葫芦种子数量与质量的影响

于西葫芦开花当天进行人工授粉，探讨授粉时间对种子数量及质量的影响．结果表明，单瓜结实数上午8:00授粉的种瓜结籽数量多，10:00与6:00授粉的差异不显著，与12:00授粉的相比差异极显著，12:00授粉的结籽数量少；种子千粒重，以12:00授粉的最大，6:00，8:120和10:00授粉的种瓜千粒重差异不显著；种子发芽率、发芽势和活力指数6:00最高，8:00和10:00授粉的差异不显著，12:00授粉的最低，与其他时间授粉差异极显著．

The effect of pollination time on the seed number and quality of squash

The squash was pollinated during the flowering day to study the effect of pollination time on the seed number and quality.The results show that the highest seed number per fruit is obtained when the seed fruit is pollinated at about 8:00 a.m.The difference in seed number is not significant when the squash is pollinated at 10:00 a.m and (6:00 )a.m While the difference is Significant when pollinated at 12:00 noon.The seed number is the smallest whis pollinated at 12:00 noon.But the biggest seed thousand-grain weight is obtained when the seed fruit is pollinated at about 12:00 noon.There exists no significant difference in thousand_grain weight of squash seed among pollination time,6:00 a.m.;8:00 a.m.and 10:00 a.m., As far as the rate of seed germination,the tendency of seed germination and the vigor index of the seed are concerned,the seed fruit pollinated at about 6:00 a.m. is the highest; while the seed fruit,pollinated at 12:00 a.m., is the lowest. There is no significant difference among 6:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m.,and 10:00 a.m.,It can conclude that the optimum time for artificial pollination is from 6:00 to 8:00 a.m.
