我国城乡建设用地增减挂钩研究述评

分析国内城乡建设用地增减挂钩研究的重点和发展趋势,认为国内对城乡建设用地增减挂钩的研究主要集中于：城乡建设用地增减挂钩实施的意义及必要性、城乡建设用地增减挂钩存在的问题、城乡建设用地增减挂钩政策下农村居民点整理研究及城乡建设用地增减挂钩运作模式等方面,对城乡建设用地增减挂钩的效益分配及城乡建设用地增减挂钩项目的效益评价等问题的研究较少,应重视对这类问题的研究。

Review of the Appraisal of Connecting the Increase of Urban Construction Land to the Decrease of Rural Residential Area in China

The purpose of the paper is to analyze the highlight on the research of appraisal of connecting the increase of urban construction land to the decrease of rural residential area and development tendency.The result indicates that the study on appraisal of connecting the increase of urban construction land to the decrease of rural residential area is focusing on the significance and necessity of implementing,existing problems,rural residential areas reconsolidation in the appraisal of connecting the increase of urban construction land to the decrease of rural residential area context,model and others.But there is little study on benefit distribution and after the project of benefit evaluation,especially on after the project of benefit evaluation.It is concluded that the benefit distribution and after the project of benefit evaluation should be given more emphasis.
