| Abstract: | The problems during the current construction and practice of platform of sharing large instruments and equipment were analyzed from the aspects of platform construction layout and planning, platform construction and management, platform security and operation. Measures were proposed for the problems, strengthening the construction and operation management of platform, in order to achieve the fundamental aim of science and technology cooperation and collaborative innovation. |
