摘    要:建立了用高效液相色谱法同时测定白牦牛乳中VA和VE含量的方法.以ODS-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150mm)为色谱柱,100%的甲醇为流动相,在流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温为25℃条件下,用波长为290 nm的紫外检测器进行检测,分析了白牦牛乳中VA和VE的含量.结果表明:VA的平均检出值为44.458 3μg/(100 mL),标准差(SD)为0.761 4;平均回收率为98.73%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.33%;VE的平均检出值为98.527 1μg/(100 mL),标准差(SD)为0.018 4;平均回收率为97.24%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.37%.

Abstract:The high performance liquid chromatography method for a simultaneous content determination of vitamin A and vitamin E in white yak's milk has been developed.Separation and contents determination of vitamin A and vitamin E were achieved by using ODS-C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),methanol(100 %) as mobile phase and at the flow of 0.8 mL/min,column temperature 25 ℃ and 290 nm UV.The results showed that the mean measured amount of vitamin A was 44.4583 μg/100 mL,SD was 0.7614;average recover rate was 98.73 % and RSD was 0.33 %;mean measured amount of vitamin E was 98.5271 μg/100mL,SD was 0.0184;average recover rate was 97.24 % and RSD was 0.37 %.
