白芍及其醇提物对黄曲霉毒素B_1慢性中毒鸭免疫机能影响的研究

摘    要:研究了白芍及其醇提物对黄曲霉毒素B_i慢性中毒鸭免疫机能的影响。结果表明:AFB_i慢性中毒使鸭的免疫机能受到直接的或间接的抑制。白芍及其醇提物都具有一定的缓解AFB_i毒性的作用,且以后者为好。提示白芍的某些脂溶性成份在此起主要作用。然而,长期大剂量地使用白芍制剂,能对机体产生一定的毒理性副作用,值得逃一步研究。

Abstract:The effect of Radix Paeoniae Alba (RPA)and its ethanol extract (RPAEE ) on the immune functions in experimentally chronic aflatoxicosis of Beijin6 duck was studied. The results indicated that the immune functions of experimental ducks were directly or indirectly suppressed by aflatoxin B_1 ( AFB_1). The AFB_1-induced immunologic suppression could be alleviated by RPA powder or RPAEE, but the latter was more effective. This indicated that some lipolytic components of RPA might play an important role in the AFB_1 detoxication. However, it was found that if the experimental duck was given continual large doses of RPAEE for a long time, ill side-effects on the immune functions could be produced. Thus it appears that RPA needs further study to reduce its side-effects and to get more better detoxication effects to AFB_1.
