铁木周果实对大鼠血糖血脂的影响

摘    要:[目的]研究铁果实的降血糖、降血脂作用。[方法]通过给正常大鼠饲喂高糖高脂饲料,建立高糖高脂大鼠模型;将实验大鼠随机分为正常组、高糖脂模型组、高糖脂模型对照组、铁果实粉低、中、高剂量组,测定各组大鼠的血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APO-A1)、载脂蛋白B(APO-B)、超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)等各项指标。[结果]饲喂铁果实粉后高糖脂模型大鼠的GLUT、CT、G和LDL-C等均显著降低(P<0.01)。[结论]铁果实粉具有明显的降血糖和降血脂作用。

Effects of Cyclobalanopsis glauca Fruits on the Blood Glucose and Blood Lipid in Rats
Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Cyclobalanopsis glauca fruits for reducing the blood glucose and blood lipid.[Method] Normal rats were fed with high sugar-lipid feedstuff to set up high sugar-lipid rat model.The test rats were randomly divided into six groups,including normal group,high sugar-lipid model group,high sugar-lipid control group,high sugar-lipid model control group,low,medium and high dose group with the fruit powder of C.glauca.The indices of glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(APO-A1),apolipoprotein B(APO-B),high-sensitivity Creactive protein(hsCRP) and so on in rats of each group were determined.[Result] After feeding fruit powder of C.glauca,GLU,TC,TG,LDL-C and so on in rats of high sugar-lipid model were all significantly decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The fruit powder of C.glauca has obvious effects of reducing blood glucose and blood lipid.
