土壤中有效态镉测定方法探讨

摘    要:本文比较了4种浸提剂在3种平衡时间和3种土液比条件下对土壤镉的提取,结果表明,在褐土上,随着平衡时间延长和土液比减小,提取镉量有逐渐增加的趋势。对提取镉与小麦籽粒镉所作的相关性研究表明,平衡时间60min土液比1:12.5,用1mol/LNH40Ac浸提剂提取褐土有效镉较为适宜。

Abstract:This paper compares with the quantities of cadmium extracted byfour different extractants under experimental conditions of three differentequilibration times and three soil:solution ratios,finding out that thequantities of cadmium extracted from drab soil increase gradually withthe longer eqnalibraion time and the smaller soil:solution ratio.Thecorrelations between the quantities of cadmium extracted and the quantitiesof seed cadmium of wheat plant grown in these soils to which cadmiumhas been added are studied,the result has shown that the best estimatiorof plants available cadmium is obtained by using 1 mol/LNH_4OAc at a1:12.5 soil:solution ratio.
