| Abstract: | Essential fatty acid requirements of cultured marine fishes such as Japanese flounder ( Paralichthys olivaceus ),turbot( Scophthalmus maximus) ,plaice( Pleuronectes platessa ),sea bream( Pagrus major )and sea bass( Dicentrarchus labrax )were summarized and significance role of essential fatty acids in fish nutrition was discussed.Efficient approaches to provide essential fatty acids in feed were recommended. |
