丹江口鳡鱼的地理标志产品保护与质量监管建议

丹江口鳡鱼是我国有较高经济价值的淡水鱼地理标志产品。从丹江口鳡鱼的来由、知名度和产业现状,产区地域地理环境和水资源特征以及气候、水质、生态环境等影响丹江口鳡鱼特征和品质形成等自然因素方面分析了丹江口鳡鱼地理标志产品保护的关键要素。提出了加快养殖标准化,制订和实施《地理标志产品丹江口鳡鱼》等系列标准;建立丹江口鳡鱼地理标志产品保护和养殖示范区;规范丹江口鳡鱼养殖企业的生产;建立多部门的联席监管机构等质量监管的建议。

Suggestions on Protection and Quality Supervision of Geographical Indication Product of Danjiangkou Elopichthys bambusa

Danjiangkou E.bambusa is a freshwater fish product of geographical indication in China with relative high economic value.In this paper the author gives a brief account on the origin of Danjiangkou E.bambusa,its popularity and the status quo of its industry,and the natural factors that have effects on its characters and quality formation,such as climate,water quality,and ecological environment.Based on these,the author analyzes the key factors of the protection for this product of geographical indication.In addition,the author also puts forward some suggestions that the standardization of the product cultivation should be expedited,a series of standards should be issued and implemented,for example,Danjiangkou E.bambusa;product of geographical indication,the protection for this product of geographical indication and its cultivation demonstration plot should be set up,and the production of Danjiangkou E.bambusa in enterprises,which are responsible for its product cultivation,should be regulated.Moreover,the suggestions about quality supervision are set forth,for example multi-departments joint supervision organizations should be set up.
