| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,计算机网络的普及,整个社会正在向数字化世界迈进,图书馆馆员的工作已越来越多地带有了知识工作的性质。因此,对馆员们实施科学的管理,运用有名的木桶定律管理法找出馆员们的薄弱环节,促使他们在工作中改进,使馆员们发挥应有的作用,不断提高工作效率,是十分重要的。
