| 摘 要： | 以油茶、普通茶梅品种“樱花”、冬茶梅品种“小玫瑰”、山茶花品种“秋牡丹”、“花牡丹”及待分类品种“黄海内宝珠”为材料,通过形态特征比较,花粉扫描电镜观察,酯酶(EST)和过氧化物酶(POX)同工酶谱分析等方法,经比较分析,结果表明"黄海内宝珠"为山茶亚属油茶组普通茶梅群的一个新品种. |

| Abstract: | A study of clssification was carried out with Camellia oleifera , "Flowering cherry" Camellia sasanqua , "Small rose" Camellia hiemalis , "Autumn peony" Camellia japonica , "Mosaic peony" Camellia japonica and unclassified "Jewellery in the yellow sea" as materials. The taxonomic location of "Jewellery in the yellow sea" was comprehensively evaluated on the results from comparison of morphological features, pollen grains observation under scanning electron microscope and isozyme analysis of esterase (EST) and peroxidase (POX). It was suggested that "Jewellery in the yellow sea" is a novel variety of Camellia sasanqua . |
