摘    要:木/塑复合材料是用途广泛的新型材料之一.从增强木/塑复合材料界面相容性,即界面增容着手,介绍了国内外的研究进展,提出增强木/塑界面相容性是木/塑复合材料产品开发和应用的关键之一,引入具有增容作用的组分对推动木/塑复合材料产业化意义重大;而研制适用的生产设备、开发不同树种木材和其它植物纤维与不同种类塑料在较高纤维含水率下复合所适用的新型增容剂是今后研究的方向之一.

Abstract:Wood/Plastic Composites is a newly developed material and can be used in many fields. Since the interfacial compatibility is one of the key factors in the production and application of wood/plastic composites, the current advances on interfacial compatibilization are reviewed in this paper. This research covered both domestic and foreign literature. With the focus on industrial application, the authors stress that adding compatibilizers in the compounding phase will be more effective than chemical modification on the polarity of a wood surface to improve the interfacial compatibility between the wood and plastic. The authors also point out that further research should focus on developing equipment suitable to normal production of wood based panels, and various compatibilizers that adapt to different species of wood and other lignocellulosic materiales, and plastics under high moisture content condition.
