两种地被植物的抗旱性研究

摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究干旱胁迫下2种地被植物金叶过路黄(Lysimachia nummularia‘Aurea’)、过路黄(Lysi-machia christinaeHance)的抗旱生理表现。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫程度加强,2种植物的叶片相对含水量呈缓慢下降趋势;相对电导率逐渐增大;丙二醛(MDA)含量呈上升趋势。胁迫初期SOD活性、可溶性蛋白含量小幅度增加,随后呈缓慢下降。金叶过路黄可溶性糖含量先升后降,过路黄则一直呈现缓慢上升趋势;综合各项指标,过路黄抗旱性强于金叶过路黄。

Abstract:The seedlings of Lysimachia christinae Hance and Lysimachia nummularia'Aurea'via pot culture were used as experimental materials.The effects of drought stress on the leaves of two Lysimachia species were studied.The results showed that the electrical conductivity and the content of MDA in leaves was increased under drought stress.The activities of SOD and the content of soluble protein were increased under the light drought stress and then declined under these were drought stress.The soluble sugar of L. nummularia 'Aurea' increased initially then decreased.The L.christinae Hance.presented slow up trend always.Those changes differed from extend and procedure.Through comprehensive analysis of these physiological and biochemical processes,it was concluded that the drought resistant ability of L.christinae Hance was better than that of L.nummularia 'Aurea'.
