超临界CO_2萃取箬竹叶挥发油的气相色谱—质谱分析

摘    要:采用超临界CO2流体萃取箬竹叶挥发油,然后用气相色谱—质谱联用技术GC—MS,对其挥发性成分进行分离鉴定。分离出了51种成分,鉴定了其中的37种,占箬竹叶挥发油总峰面积的88.0%.

Abstract:Gas chromatography-mass spectrum instrument was used to analyze the volatiles,which were extracted by supercritical CO2.37 compounds are identified from 51 constituents by GC—MS,accounting for 88.9% of the total of the volatile oil.
