自动随行导向的甜菜组合式挖掘装置

摘    要:针对甜菜收获过程中损失率高、漏挖率高和作业效率低的缺点,研究一种用于甜菜联合收获机的自动随行导向的组合式挖掘装置。经试验对比,采用该装置甜菜收获损失率降低3.56个百分点,漏挖率降低3.08个百分点,作业效率提高15%,为甜菜联合收获机的研发提供了技术依据。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problems such as high loss rate,high miss rate and low working efficiency,a combined digging device with automatic accompanying guide for beet has been designed.Experiment data comparison showed that the loss rate reduced 3.56 percentage point,miss rate reduced 3.08 percentage point,and working efficiency increased by 15%.The results offered technique support for research and design of combine beet harvester.
