摘    要:104S是一个从自交系99104植株群体中发现的油菜新型温敏核不育材料.育性调查表明,104S的育性变化与现有已育成的温敏核不育系湘油402S具有相似的规律性,但其花器形态与后者有所不同,为一种较大花瓣的温敏核不育材料.遗传分析结果表明,104S的育性受1对隐性不育基因和1对主效及若干微效温敏基因共同控制.104S的不育基因与湘油402S中的不育基因为非等位基因,而且两者的温敏基因只对其相对应的不育基因起调控作用,而对其他不育基因不起作用.

Abstract:104S is a new thermo-sensitive genic(TG) ms material which was found from the plant group of inbreeding 99104 in Brassica napus. Investigations of fertility show that 104S has a similar changing regularity in fertility to the existing TG ms lines such as Xiangyou402S, but is different in flower morphology from the latter. The petals of 104S are bigger obviously than that of Xiangyou402S. The genetic studies indicate that the fertility of 104S is controlled jointly by a couple of recessive ms genes and a couple of mainly effective thermo-sensitive genes along with several minor genes, and its ms genes are not the allele of those of Xiangyou402S. Furthermore, the thermo-sensitive genes of 104S and Xiangyou402S cannot regulate other ms genes but could only adjust their corresponding ms genes.
