长江中下游麦区小麦地方品种HMW-GS遗传多样性分析

摘    要:采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)方法,对长江中下游麦区1 120份小麦地方品种的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)的组成进行了研究.结果表明:在供试材料中,Glu-1位点共有14种等位基因变异,其中Glu-A1位点3种,Glu-B1位点5种,Glu-D1位点6种.亚基null、7+8和2+12在各自的位点上出现频率最高,分别达到了99.38%、97.86%和98.03%.亚基组成类型共有14种,主要为null/7+8/2+12,频率高达95.90%,其中有8份材料具有1、2*、14+15等优质亚基.

Abstract:In order to understand the genetic diversity of wheat landraces in middle and low Yangtze valleys winter wheat region, 1 120 wheat landraces in middle and low Yangtze valleys winter wheat region (Jianghuai plain sub-area, Yanjianghubin sub-area, The south mountain area of Zhewan subarea and Xianggan sub-area) were analyzed using SDS-PAGE for the allelic variances of high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS).The results revealed that out of all material taken under consideration there were 14 alleles on Glu-1 loci,including 3 alleles in Glu-A1 locus, 5 alleles on Glu-Bllocus,and 6 alleles on Glu-Dl locus.The frequencies of null, 7-I-8 and 2+12 alleles were the highest on the Glu-A1,Glu-Bl and Glu-Dl loci, which were 99.38%,97.86% and 98.03% respectively.14 subunit composition types were found,including 8 landraces with 1,2*,14+15 subunits performed significant implications regarding, and the predominant type was null/7+8/2+12 with the frequency 95.90%.
