| 摘 要： | 作为一把"双刃剑",互联网对大学生思想和行为产生着重要影响.通过对大学生上网基本情况的调查,分析了大学生网络思想和行为的特点,并从高度重视、加大主题网站建设力度、建设高水平网络思想政治教育队伍、加强网络信息管理等方面提出了建议.
