小茴香饲料调味剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响

摘    要:本试验主要研究内蒙古特产,托县优质小茴香作饲料调味剂,对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响。试验用46周龄的杂种母鸡300只,随机分成5组(各60只)。4个试验组在基础日粮中添加剂量不同的小茴香粉和渣、对照组仅喂基础日粮。经60d的饲喂试验结果表明,日粮中添加小茴香粉和渣,能较好的促进食欲及增加采食量,进而提高产蛋性能。在试验条件下,添加5%、7.5%及10%小茴香粉分别比对照组提高产蛋率4.7%(P<0.01)、0.52%(P>0.05)及9.66%(P<0.01);添加10%小茴香渣亦比对照组提高产蛋率8.90%(P<0.01)。此外,本试验还发现添加小茴香能够一定程度地改善蛋黄着色性能和提高鸡肉风味。因此,小茴香饲料调味剂的研究具有较大的吸引力,有待进一步研究和开发利用。

Abstract:The present study was carried out at its early stage to examine effects of Fennel (planted in Tuo Country, Inner Mongolia) used as forge-blending agent on laying performance of chickens. 300red-white layers of 46 weeks of age were randomly divided into 5 groups (60layers in each group). For 60 days. 4 experimental groups were given fennel-seed powder and feenel residue of different amount (10%, 5%, 7.5% )in their basic feeding rations, while the remaing one group was control group (no fennel food), The laying rates of 4 experimental group increased respectively by 9.6% (p<0.01) 4.7% (p<0.01) 0.52% (p>0.05) and 8.90% (p<0.01) as compared with that of the control group. The study shows that Fennel Seed powder and residue can stimulate the appetite of the chickens, increase food intake and laying rate. Besides, after fennel-blendign agent was added, thd calouring of yolk was improved and thd chicken was more tasty to some extend. Therefore, the study of Fennel-blending Agent is more attractive and it needs further exploration.
