摘    要:研究以二年生盆栽"庆丰"桃(PrunuspersicaL.cv.Qingfeng)(以山桃为砧木)为试材,进行干旱处理。结果表明,源叶中SDH、淀粉酶活性均表现为升高,A6PR和NI活性在中度和重度胁迫下显著升高,酸性转化酶活性变化平稳,SPS活性在轻度和中度胁迫下显著升高,在重度胁迫下显著降低。桃库叶中淀粉酶活性在不同干旱胁迫程度下显著升高,A6PR活性在中度和重度胁迫下显著升高,NI活性在中度和重度胁迫下显著降低,SPS和酸性转化酶活性与对照相比无显著差异。土壤干旱对叶片中少数酶活性有后效作用,后效作用的程度因源叶和库叶而不同。

Effect of Water Stress on Enzyme of Carbohydrate Metabolism in Peach Source and Sink Leaves
Abstract:Water stress treatment was imposed onpotted two|year old "Qingfeng"peach(%Prunus persica%L.cv. Qingfeng).Results indicate that , in source leaves ,activity of SDH and amylase always increases, that of A6PR and NI increases only in moderate and serious stress, and that of acid invertase (AI) is stable, while that of SPS increases in light and moderate stress, but decreases in serious stress. In sink leaves, activity of amylase always increases, that of A6PR increases only in moderate and serious stress, but that of NI decreases in moderate and serious stress, SPS and AI are stable.After|effects are obvious on the activities of a few enzyme, although the extent of that is different in source and sink leaves.
