酯酶电泳指纹法鉴定杂交玉米母本自交粒

摘    要:采用种胚酯酶电泳指纹法和田间种植法分别对掺混了母本自交粒的玉米杂交种进行鉴定。结果表明:酯酶电泳指纹法和田间种植的成熟期鉴定结构基本与实际掺混水平接近,苗期和花期的田间鉴定结果与实际掺混水平相差较大。准确度比较表明:种胚酯酶电泳指纹法和田间成熟期鉴定的准确度相同,分别是苗期和花期鉴定结构的5倍和8倍。

Abstract:Esterase electrophoretic fingerprint(EEF) and field planting(FP) were used to check the ratio of the female selves in artificial contamination seed lots of hybrid maize. Results show that the EEF method is as accurat as the FP at the maturity stage and nearly equal to the original contaminaton level. But the checking results of FP at the seeding stage and anthesis stage are inaccurate. Accuracy comparison of different checking techniques reveals that EEF method is 5 times more accurate than the FP at the seedling stage, 8 times more accurate than FP at the anthesis stage.
