382/2000 Abstract: the implementation of high-standard farmland construction project is an important means to promote agricultural modernization, its project management effect directly affects the efficiency of agricultural production and output. However, there are still some problems in the project management of high-standard farmland construction in Guizhou province, such as unreasonable layout of the project area, inadequate project management and lax risk control. This paper will discuss some common problems in project management of high-standard farmland construction. Some pertinent suggestions are put forward in order to provide some references for improving the project management of high-standard farmland construction in our province。
