摘    要:半封闭温室是近年来新兴温室,其中温室气候走廊和正压送风系统是半封闭温室的关键系统设计。本文通过对半封闭温室内夏季温度分布的均匀性和风道风速测试试验,验证温室的降温能力和送风系统性能。试验结果表明,国产风机SFG5-4配套35米长风道,送风相对比较均匀,风速在4.3-4.7m/s之间;对于温度分布规律来说,在同一水平方向上,半封闭温室内各点的平均温差在1-1.8℃范围内,在同一高度方向温室内各点的平均温差在2.2-3.5℃范围内,且3.5米湿帘比2米湿帘降温效果好。

Abstract:Semi closed greenhouse is a new greenhouse in recent years. The greenhouse climate corridor and positive pressure air supply system are the key system design of semi closed greenhouse. In this paper, the temperature distribution uniformity and wind speed of the air duct in the semi closed greenhouse in summer were tested to verify the greenhouse cooling capacity and the performance of the air supply system. The test results show that the domestic fan SFG5-4 is equipped with 35m long air duct, the air supply is relatively uniform, and the wind speed is between 4.3-4.7m/s; For the temperature distribution rule, in the same horizontal direction, the average temperature difference of each point in the semi closed greenhouse is within the range of 1-1.8 ℃, and in the same height direction, the average temperature difference of each point in the greenhouse is within the range of 2.2-3.5 ℃, and the 3.5 m wet curtain is better than the 2 m wet curtain in cooling effect.
