基于SWOT分析的周至县猕猴桃产业经济效益提升策略研究

为了助力周至县猕猴桃产业的持续健康发展、发挥其农业影响优势，本文立足于周至县猕猴桃产业发展现状，采用SWOT分析方法梳理产业发展的影响因素，找出其中的症结和痛点。研究发现，周至县猕猴桃产业尚未形成规模化生产，果品质量无法得到有效保障，落后的组织经营方式严重影响了周至县猕猴桃产业的综合竞争力。据此，本文提出如下策略建议，以期提升当地猕猴桃产业的经济效益：市县政府应强化政策引导，推动周至县猕猴桃产业标准化生产，重点培育具有品牌影响力的市场经营主体，利用电商平台做好品牌推广。

Study on the strategy of promoting economic benefits of kiwifruit industry in Zhouzhi County based on SWOT analysis

In order to help Zhouzhi County kiwifruit industry sustainable and healthy development, play its agricultural influence advantage, this paper is based on Zhouzhi County kiwifruit industry development status, using SWOT analysis method to clarify the influencing factors of industry development, find out the crux and pain points. The study found that Zhouzhi County kiwifruit industry has not yet formed large-scale production, fruit quality can not be effectively guaranteed, backward organization and management mode seriously affected the comprehensive competitiveness of the kiwifruit industry in Zhouzhi County. Based on this, this paper puts forward the following strategic suggestions in order to improve the economic benefits of the local kiwi industry: the municipal and county governments should strengthen policy guidance, promote the standardized production of the kiwi industry in Zhouzhi county, focus on cultivating market operating subjects with brand influence, and use the e-commerce platform to do a good job of brand promotion.
