江河源区区域生态环境质量评价的理论问题

通过对生态环境质量及其评价的内涵和国内外研究进展的分析,指出江河源区生态环境质量评价应大量的借助于遥感资料,同时结合统计资料对区域自然环境系统、经济系统和社会系统进行综合评价。概括了生态环境质量评价的理论依据,指出了对区域生态环境质量评价应坚持整体性、评价指标体系化、方法定量化的原则,并提出了具体的评价指标体系。

The theory of eco-environmental quality assessment in source regions of Yangtse River and Yellow River and Langsang River

Through the analysis of the connotation of eco-environmental quality and assessment and reviewing the progress of eco-environmental quality assessment at home and abroad,this paper pointed out that the theory and method of regional eco-environment quality assessment depended on comprehensive evaluating of natural environment system,economic system and social system.The assessment of the source regions should be aided by both remote sensing data and many statistical figures.The theoretical basis of the eco-environmental quality assessment was summarized by analogy with the method of city or agricultural eco-environmental quality assessment in the source region.The method of assessment must adhere to principles of the concept of viewing the region as a whole,the system of assessed indicators,the quantification of assessment method.The paper also proposed the detailed assessment indicator system to help people exactly understand the regional eco-environmental quality.
