| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨角孢离褶伞菌丝最佳生长条件。方法]分别研究了碳源、氮源、无机盐以及pH值对角孢离褶伞菌丝生长的影响。结果]角孢离褶伞菌丝生长的最佳条件为：最适碳源为葡萄糖；最适氮源为蛋白胨；氯化钠或磷酸二氢钾均可明显促进菌丝的生长；菌丝在酸性环境下生长较好。结论]角孢离褶伞菌丝在葡萄糖、蛋白胨、氯化钠或磷酸二氢钾及酸性环境下生长最好。
