| 摘 要： | 在不同溶剂、提取时间、温度、料液比和提取次数等条件下,通过正交实验,对烟叶类胡萝卜素提取最佳条件进行了研究。结果表明：最佳提取工艺条件是用石油醚-丙酮(1∶1,V/V)混合溶剂浸提,料液比为1∶15(g/mL),在40 ℃条件下浸提3 h,浸提2次,其提取液的吸光度最高。

| Abstract: | Under the condition of different organic solvents,extracting time,temperature,ratio between material and solvent,number of times,the optimal condition of extracting carotenoids from tobacco leaves was studied by means of orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the optimal extraction condition was 1∶15(g/mL),40 ℃,3 hours,2 times with petroleum ether-actone(1∶1,V/V). The extraction had the highest absorption spectrum value. |
