栾树花黄酮类化合物的提取工艺研究

摘    要:以总黄酮含量为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验方法对栾树花中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行了优化,最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比1?25,65℃回流90 min。同时抑菌试验结果表明,正交试验提取物对4种供试病原菌均有抑制作用,且对棉花立枯病原菌的抑制率为100%;提取物2和6对4种供试病原菌的抑菌率都在60%以上。

Abstract:Optimum conditions of extracting flavonoids from Koelreuteria henryi flower were investigated by orthogonal test, using the content of flavonoids as index. The results showed that the optima conditions of the extraction were 90 min by 70% ethanol in ratio of 1:25 (sample to solvent) at 65 ℃. Antibacterial test showed that the extracts from orthogonal experiment all had the inhibiting effect on 4 kinds of pathogens tested, and inhibiting rate were all 100% on cotton damping-off;extracts No. 2 and No. 6 had the inhibiting rate higher than 60% on 4 kinds of tested pathogens.
