云南烤烟几个品质指标部位间关系研究

摘    要:为了进一步认识不同部位烟叶的品质特点,对曲靖烤烟种植区的云烟85烤烟样品,分析了其中糖酸比、氮碱比、施木克值和糖碱比等几个与品质有关的指标。下部叶和中部叶,中部叶和上部叶的糖酸比差异达显著水平,其中糖酸比下部叶与中、上部叶都有相关性;下、中、上3个部位的氮碱比都存在极显著差异,下部叶与中部叶的氮碱比存在极显著相关性;中部叶与上部叶的施木克值存在显著差异,下部叶施木克值与中部叶施木克值存在极显著相关;上部叶糖碱比与中部叶糖碱比、下部叶糖碱比都存在显著差异,不存在相关。部位是这种差异的主导因素。

Abstract:In order to identify the quality characteristics of tobacco leaves from different stalk positions of the samples of Yunnan flue-cured tobacco from Qujing,the indexes,including sugar-acid ratio,nitrogen-nicotine ratio,Schmuck's value and sugar-nicotine ratio were analyzed.The results showed as follows: the differences of sugar-acid ratio in lower leaves and middle leaves,in middle leaves and upper leaves were significant;the nitrogen-nicotine ratio in upper,middle and lower leaves was obviously different;the nitrogen-nicotine ratio in the lower leaves and middle leaves had the highly significant correlation;Schmuck's value of the middle leaves and upper leaves had obvious differences;Schmuck's value of the lower leaves and middle leaves had the highly significant correlation;the sugar-nicotine ratio in the upper leaves and in the middle leaves or lower leaves had significant differences,but no correlation.
