| 摘 要： | 应用一套比较完善的田间抗病性鉴定方法,对719份小麦种质进行了根腐病抗性鉴定,通过鉴定种质间有明显差异,抗病材料一般比感病材料发病和枯死都晚5～7 d.未发现免疫种质,从中筛选出叶、穗均抗根腐病的种质25份,可作为小麦育种亲本材料.

| Abstract: | A set of quite perfect disease-resistance evaluation method was used to evaluate root rot resistance of 719 wheat accessions in field condition. The data showed that there was great difference among entries and the growth duration of resistant materials was 5-7days late than susceptible ones. Among the 719 entries there was not immune Germplasm to the disease. Based on the experimental data, 25 accessions with resistance to infection on leaves and spikes were selected, and could be used as crossing parents in wheat breeding. |
